    The Committee on Military moved to amend the bill on page three, section eleven-b, line two, following the word “veterans” by inserting the words “including substance abuse, post traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injury”;

    And,

    On page three, section eleven-b, line ten, by striking out the words “competition among”.
